Ingredients
- 2 cups whole-milk ricotta cheese
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- Fresh raspberries
Steps
- Arrange oven rack in the highest spot. Turn the oven to broil on high.
- Mix the first three ingredients together in a large bowl. Divide mixture into four ramekins and place on a baking sheet. Cover the top of each with sugar.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and broil until golden-brown and bubbling (about 5-10 minutes).
- Top with raspberries to serve.
