The Buck & A Half is a light and refreshing cocktail, combining the warm flavors of bourbon and maple syrup with the citrus notes of lime and ginger to make it perfect for transitional weather.

With roots in Nashville, Tennessee, Belle Meade Bourbon reflects the state’s long whiskey tradition with a profile that balances warmth, spice and sweetness. Notes of caramel, vanilla, toasted oak and baking spice give the bourbon depth, while a subtle fruitiness adds dimension to the finish.

Those qualities make Belle Meade a natural fit for the Buck & A Half, a cocktail that brings bourbon into a lighter, more refreshing setting. The drink pairs the bourbon’s warmth with maple syrup, lime and ginger, creating a balance of rich, sweet and bright flavors. Citrus from the lime cuts through the maple’s sweetness, while ginger adds a gentle, lively spice that complements the bourbon.

The result is a cocktail that feels particularly suited to transitional weather, when evenings can call for something with warmth but still benefit from a refreshing finish. The Buck & A Half offers a different way to appreciate bourbon, allowing its familiar caramel and spice notes to mingle with the brightness of citrus and the subtle sweetness of maple.

The Buck & A Half is available at all Aubrey’s locations, making it an easy choice for a casual dinner, an evening with friends or a seasonal toast to the changing weather.
