Working thoughtfully with an architect and designer, Leimbach and his team brought artful mood board visions to fruition. What stands out: polished concrete flooring, thoughtful lighting all wrapped in a clean, bright and welcoming family-friendly aesthetic, moving the laundry experience from undesirable, to quiet upscale.
“We wanted to do something that is a little bit different,” Leimbach says.
Each of the three Colorado Springs locations houses sophisticated decor: big, beautiful windows allow for thoughtful, well-lit spaces, stainless steel appliances reflect updated architecture, and soft and modern hues elevate the status quo laundry spaces locals are accustomed to.
Wi-fi, large-screen TVs (go Broncos!), free coffee and importantly, full-time staffing by team members on-site during business hours, provide a well-rounded approach to Colorado Springs’ laundry services. With both safety and aesthetics in mind, each LaundryLounge concept hopes to integrate all the best parts: affordability, safety and team-based impact, into each location.

From in-person, self-service laundry expeditions (watch the Avalanche dominate while you wait for your workwear), to free residential pickup and delivery and local commercial businesses around Colorado Springs, LaundryLounge accommodates every demographic. Drop-off daily laundry services free up more time for the overscheduled, and their vast service area spanning from Falcon to Peyton, Manitou Springs to Fountain, makes laundry pickup easier than deciding on dinner.
