JCL: What are a few key and unique ways your office is serving clients during these unprecedented times and are there tools or services that you love (silver lining) and will continue to use?

JCL: What’s your forecast?
2020 saw record low interest rates as well as one of the biggest increases in real estate sales volume. 2021 is on track to be as good of a year in real estate if not better with continued low-mortgage rates that are driving a record number of buyers into the market. High buyer demand has put sellers in a powerful position often times seeing multiple offers and a sales price higher than the listed price.
