What Diets Work Best

FAT LOSS IS NOT A CRASH DIET

Did you know that drastic calorie cuts work? They 110% make you lose weight. They make you feel skinnier. They probably make you feel happier because you are getting a result. The bad part is though… they aren’t a long-term solution. They are only instant gratification. Before you know it, you are feeling worse than when you started the diet.

Your metabolism is in the toilet

Your hormones are whacked out.

You are craving everything in sight. 

You have no energy and are needing naps everyday. 

You are gaining back all the weight plus some because you trashed your metabolism.

The REALLY sad part about all of this is that you feel like it is your fault. You are probably thinking to yourself… “How am I failing at this yet again when I was doing so well?! How did I lose all my willpower and discipline?!”

HELLO! It is because DIETS DON’T WORK! 

They fail you! You don't fail them! 

Diets are meant to give you quick, extreme, results without any consideration of repercussions on your health. 

So, instead of continuing to swim in a puddle of anxiety, stress, restriction, guilt, failure, and neuroticism with diets, I want you to finally come out of the deep dark waters and see the light. I want you to know there is absolutely a way to lose body fat and feel your best self WITHOUT needing to be in this vicious cycle. 

What I need you to do though is have a strong belief in the long-term game of fat loss. Fat loss is not a crash diet, it doesn’t involve restrictions, or cutting tons of calories. Fat loss comes with nourishing your body, fueling your metabolism, and implementing healthy habits. It comes with extreme amounts of consistency!  

Always remember if the method is unsustainable then the results will be unsustainable!
