Spring Break Body

Do you want to look toned and like a rockstar in a bathing suit for Spring Break!?

Great! But I want to remind you what is not going to get you toned:

  1. Doing tons of cardio
  2. Eating as little as possible

Being toned has everything to do with your body fat % vs just weight.

To drop your body fat % you need to:

  1. Gain muscle while losing body fat.
  2. Gain muscle while maintaining body fat.
  3. Maintain muscle while losing body fat.

One thing to note here is this has everything to do with your muscle!!!

Muscle is very metabolically expensive meaning it requires a lot of calories to sustain itself and grow. If you are not optimizing this, it's going to be hard to get the physique you want.

So, what do you need to do to make your muscle maintain/grow and change your body composition?

  1. Eat enough protein.
  2. Eat enough calories.
  3. Lift Weights.
  4. Get adequate rest and recovery
  5. Give it TIME.

Muscle is not something that develops overnight. Body composition change takes a lot of work and consistency! My advice to you is START NOW!
