Summer's Almost Over

IS IT REALLY WORKING FOR YOU?

Before you go back to the "diets" that have always worked for you now that it is coming to the end of the summer...


I want you to really ask yourself this question. If they have always worked, why do you have to keep going back to them?


Ways to know that the diet is not working for you:


-You cut out things you love to be on your diet plan.

-You wait until the "perfect" time to start

-You get back out that scale, calorie tracker, and tell all your friends and family you are on a diet again, so you won't be fun anymore


Ugh... I am cringing at the thought of having to put myself on a diet again. I did that for 15 years of my life and I am so thankful I will never have to go back on one again.
