Nestled in the Crossroads Art District, there is a little spot called The Rockhill Grille. My first experience going to The Rockhill Grille was back in 2017 with a date and I instantly fell in love…. with this restaurant! Funny enough, I would end up falling in love with the Bar Director at the time. Yes, it is true. I met my husband at The Rockhill Grille. I frequented there quite often and immediately became smitten with him. At first, it was the Rockhill Collins that brought me back time and time again, but it was eventually him…. And the Rockhill Collins still, of course.
Not only does The Rockhill Grille have my favorite cocktail of all-time, they also have some of the best food in the city. One thing that I think attributes to the success of a restaurant is consistency. I never have to question whether the food, cocktails or service are going to be good or not. They ALWAYS are. I think that the environment is perfect for any occasion. I have felt more than comfortable going there dressed casually or dressed up for a date night. I have attended birthdays, engagements (my own), wine dinners, NYE parties or just a casual “swing by” for a drink after work. The main floor is a trendy and elegant dining room and upstairs is a comfy and classy lounge. They just added a sidewalk patio that is PERFECT for when the weather is gorgeous!
They offer Dinner Monday-Saturday and Brunch Saturday and Sunday. Their pork chop is the size of my entire head and is absolutely delicious! You will not be disappointed. Their appetizer staple is their tator tots. They are homemade and stuffed with cheese. WHAT. You cannot go wrong with any of their cocktails and their wine list is excessive. Not to mention, their bar staff is knowledgeable and could make you anything you want!
If you have not gone to The Rockhill Grille yet, it is a MUST. I promise you will not be disappointed! Honestly, if you go, call me up!
