Can You Teach an Old Dog New Tricks?

YES!

Do you ever feel like you’re constantly at the edge of what you really want in life?

Perhaps you’re not destitute, but you’re still far from financial freedom and you worry about money a little too often. Or maybe you’re not horribly unhealthy, but you struggle with fatigue, pain, excess weight, or premature aging and sometimes feel like your best years are behind you. Maybe you’re surrounded by people you love yet you tolerate a lackluster romance, yearn for something more real, or just wish you had deeper, more authentic relationships with your friends and family.

“What’s Really Holding Me Back?”

Many people assume they’re not working hard enough, are not lucky or smart enough, or that they’re just too far gone to realize their dreams. However, that’s not the real reason you’re not exactly where you want to be in life; the real reason is that your mind has been programmed by society—the media, mentors, friends, even parents—to play the game of life in a comfort zone that’s disconnected from your abundant potential.

The truth is, it’s not easy to break through mental barriers and reprogram yourself to have it all (if it were, anyone who reads a personal growth book or goes to therapy would be living their dream life).

Thankfully, you don’t have to settle for living a less than stellar life. Thanks to the latest breakthroughs in leading-edge neuroscience, you can retrain your brain to achieve permanent life-transforming results.

Neuroplasticity

A relatively new concept, neuroplasticity reflects the ability of the brain to reorganize, change and break neuro-connective tissues wired by our experiences, thoughts, emotions and knowledge. At Wolf Creek Wellness, we help people learn to take control of the wiring process rather than fall victim to the subliminal thoughts, experiences, emotions and memories on a daily basis. The process of neuroplasticity, also known as brain plasticity, allows the brain to create new neural pathways and modify existing ones in response to behavioral, environmental and neural changes.

As a hypnotherapist, my passion is to help clients free themselves from negative emotions and the limiting beliefs that hold them back from being empowered to control their destiny. I am fascinated at how emotions and thoughts work together, how this relates to healing and how this affects the way we tap into our innate power, which affects our ability to realize our dreams.

Using your own brain’s power to rewire itself, hypnotherapy and techniques such as NLP and MER provide the structure to teach people how to transform otherwise unfulfilling lives. Our amazing team at Wolf Creek Wellness is dedicated to supporting each other and our clients. Caroline Corwell, LMFT, LAPCC, CADC II, specializes in working with couples and addiction issues, and Angela Fritz, CHT, is a Level 11 Reiki therapist with expertise in various healing modalities.
