The independently owned and operated Sarasota-based Capstan Financial Consulting Group is expanding to Wellen Park with a 4500 sq ft, second story office in Downtown Wellen. “Downtown Wellen was designed for convenience and bringing restaurants, retail and professional services to the local community,” says Rick Severance, president of Wellen Park. “We are pleased to announce the addition of Capstan Financial to our growing list of tenants.”
Currently under construction, the first phase of Downtown Wellen is expected to open during the fourth quarter of 2022. Capstan Financial has already established a presence in Wellen Park, operating from temporary

Partner Matt DePalma says the location will employ about a dozen people and have offices for eight
