Since relocating to the North Texas area from New York about six years ago, Catherine and her family landed in Celina just a couple of years ago. After moving around Collin County from Anna, Prosper, and Plano, they found the home, connection, and community they had been looking for in Celina. It is this experience of relocating, and then moving multiple times in just a few years, that makes her good at her job. Her personal experience allows her to help her clients through the relocation process with ease.
Catherine and her husband settled in Celina due to their love of the downtown area, connection to the community, and kid friendly events. Celina’s Beware on the Square and the 4th of July Splash and Blast are two of their family's favorite events. But they feel it is the city’s support of small business that makes this community special. Catherine appreciates all the city does to bring citizens into the planning process, and how focused the Celina Economic Development Corporation has been in bringing a mix of business and services to the community. In the coming year, Celina will have something for everyone, and Catherine is excited to be involved.
Now a member of the Monument Realty team, Buzzetta is able to combine her passion for helping people find the perfect homes, and raising her own family of four children who are six, five, two and ten months. She is excited to homeschool her two oldest and finds the homeschool community in the area embracing and supportive. She left her sales career in New York looking for the next challenge in sales. The real estate business allows Catherine to balance her natural sales ability with caring for her growing family.
Referrals feed the real estate business, and Catherine finds that her best referrals are from previous clients. These are the same clients that were invited to participate in special events with the Dallas Cowboys and Dak Prescott. Her specialty is working with families newly relocating to the area. New clients are usually looking for homes in the Celina and Prosper school districts. Catherine has spent the last few years becoming an expert in the area and can help her clients land in just the right home they desire.
Catherine has spent the last year expanding her portfolio of services and is offering listing and marketing services.
