When I walked into the McKinney location of the CBD Plus USA store I felt as if I were walking into a spa. Tastefully decorated with a cozy seating area and a clean, simplistic style, CBD Plus makes you feel comfortable from the moment you enter the store. Owner Jennifer Wischnewsky, added a bit of whimsy to each of her three stores with the addition of a white porcelain West Highland Terrier to keep watch over customers as they shop.
Jennifer's story begins several years ago when her mother-in-law was diagnosed with cancer. While caring for her mother-in-law, her sister-in-law was diagnosed with breast cancer. Shortly after that she got the devastating news that her mother was also diagnosed with cancer.
Worried that she too might get cancer, Jennifer entered a challenging time in her life, which left her feeling anxious, and without clear direction. She knew she wanted to make the most of her life in light of her family health issues, but she wasn't sure how. She only knew that she had a passion for helping other people.
Inspired by her cousin, Jennifer returned to school. She enrolled in the Paul Mitchell school of cosmetology, where she graduated with an aesthetician certification with a focus on oncology.
Along the way, however, she started feeling poorly herself, experiencing body aches and pains and general sluggishness. Remembering that a doctor once recommended cannabis for her mother-in-law, Jennifer turned to a CBD oil remedy for relief. Skeptical at first, she began experiencing relief from her symptoms within five days of her first dose. Her husband jumped on board after that, and they both became believers in the natural healing powers of CBD and felt passionate about sharing what they knew with others.

Full Spectrum products contain less than 0.3 percent THC per serving. This low dosage provides healing benefits without the psychoactive side effects.

The most common reasons people come to Jennifer's store so far have been anxiety, stress, body pain, and sleep troubles. The top sellers in the store are the tinctures followed by the smokes and hot creams. They also have CBD coffee and oils for your pets.
Jennifer wants people to know what CBD is, and that it makes a difference. She recommends that people do their research first and then come in and talk with one of their knowledgeable customer service representatives.
When deciding which CBD company to franchise, there was no question for Jennifer.
