White Chocolate Peppermint Bark

EASY & DELICIOUS HOLIDAY TREAT

Ingredients

  • 1 12oz bag white chocolate chips
  • 10 mini candy canes

Instructions

  1. Put candy canes in a ziploc bag and crush.
  2. Put white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in between, until melted (approximately 90 seconds).
  3. Spread melted white chocolate evenly on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
  4. Top with crushed candy cane.
  5. Refrigerate until white chocolate hardens.
  6. Remove white chocolate peppermint bark from parchment and break into desired size.
  7. Enjoy!
