A Centennial staple for more than 30 years, this neighborhood favorite has built an exceptionally loyal following. When Will Redman and Joe Porter took ownership in 2022, they wisely kept changes minimal.
Burgers are handmade with beef from nearby Tony’s Meat Market; wings arrive crispy and hot. General Manager Robbie Collins and his friendly staff keep the room moving while making everyone feel like a regular. It’s neighborhood hospitality without the pretense.

There are steakhouses, and then there are steakhouses. Eddie Merlot’s is the latter, offering exceptional service and an elevated experience in the South Metro area for over a decade. Managing General Partner Keith Miller, Executive Chef Juan Paramo, and a standout management team, including Nichole Studnicky, hold themselves to a high standard.
