CertaPro Painters of SW Metro recently restored a beautiful 1920s Craftsman home in the Twin Cities to its original splendor.
The project required careful preparation to preserve the home’s original architectural details, as well as strict adherence to EPA lead-safe renovation requirements.
The local painting team also inherited a quote that omitted several critical items. Rather than cut corners, they addressed the gaps and completed the work to the homeowner’s satisfaction.
Here’s what that homeowner has to say:
We hired CertaPro Painters to paint our 1920s Craftsman, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Older homes come with their quirks, and this crew treated ours with real care. They took time with the prep work, protected the original details, and clearly understood that a house like this deserves patience rather than shortcuts.
What stood out most was how they handled a tricky situation. This franchise picked up our job after it had been assigned elsewhere, and they inherited a quote that missed several items. Rather than pointing fingers or cutting corners, they jumped in, filled the gaps, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. That kind of ownership is rare, and it made all the difference.
The crew was respectful, tidy, and a genuine pleasure to have around. They cleaned up thoroughly every day, and the finished result is crisp, even, and exactly what we pictured.
Our home feels cared for again, and we’re grateful. We’d recommend this CertaPro team without hesitation to anyone, especially owners of older homes who want the job done right.
