As a family owned restaurant, Chachi’s Next Door is rooted in decades of experience in the hospitality industry. Founder Luis Jaimes—who also owns Chachi’s Mexican Restaurant across the street—worked his way through every role in a restaurant, from busboy to business owner. That hands-on experience shaped the vision behind Chachi’s Next Door and is reflected in everything we do, from how we treat our guests to the care and attention that goes into every dish we serve.
