An Easter themed charcuterie board is the perfect way to celebrate the season. One of the things I love most about charcuterie is that there are truly no rules. This board is meant to be fun, flexible, and joyful. Use what you love, what’s in season, and what feels festive to you. A delicious Brie becomes the centerpiece here, adorned with a charming bunny shaped jam filling. From there, it’s all about framing it with your favorite meats, cheeses, fruits, and snacks for a board that feels fresh, playful, and perfect for spring gatherings. It’s a simple idea that invites creativity, encourages sharing, and turns even a casual get-together into something memorable.
Ingredients
• 1 wheel of Brie cheese
• Fruit jam or preserves (suggested flavors apricot, strawberry, or raspberry)
• Bunny shaped cookie cutter
• Salami or cured meats of choice
• Fresh seasonal fruit or vegetables
• Crunchy elements like crackers or breadsticks
• Optional: fresh herbs or edible flowers for garnish
Directions (Assembly Time: 15–20 minutes)
Place the wheel of Brie on your board and let it sit briefly at room temperature so it softens. Gently press a bunny shaped cookie cutter into the top of the Brie to create a shallow outline. Use a small spoon or knife tip to lift out a thin layer of cheese inside the shape, then fill the bunny with your favorite complementary jam, smoothing the surface so it looks neat and polished.
Arrange salami, fruit, vegetables, and crackers around the Brie, working from larger items to smaller ones. Fold meats into loose ribbons, cluster fruit for color, and tuck vegetables into open spaces. Finish with herbs or edible flowers, adjusting as you go. Have fun with it—there’s no limit to dressing up your board and making it feel festive, welcoming, and ready for a joyful spring celebration.
