Make Mother's Day Brunch Peachy With These Fun Sorbet Bellinis

Make Mother's Day brunch a bit more special this year with this fun and easy bellini recipe. Instead of spending time creating the perfect peach pureé, simply scoop store-bought peach sorbet into champagne flutes and top with prosecco. The sorbet melts into the bubbly creating a fruity, refreshing cocktail. For a non-alcoholic version, simply top with ginger ale or lemon-lime soda instead of prosecco. 

Peach Sorbet Bellini

Ingredients

1 bottle of prosecco, chilled

1 pint of peach sorbet

Fresh peach slices for garnish

Directions

Scoop two tablespoons of sorbet into champagne flute. Top with chilled prosecco. Garnish with fresh peach slices. 

For the kiddos: Pour ginger ale or lemon-lime soda over a big scoop of sorbet.
