This summer, get sippin'!
“One of our biggest Summer Sippin’ events yet, this three-month promotion highlights the best creativity among many of our restaurant and beverage partners’ teams," says Andy Williams from Visit Roswell. "What we love about Summer Sippin’ is that participating locations offer a cocktail or non-alcoholic beverage that’s typically not on the menu. It’s a great way for us (Visit Roswell and Roswell Inc.) to drive patrons into local businesses, all while taking place in a competing, yet friendly, structure."
Each restaurant is tasked with creating one specialty drink that features summer-inspired flavors and fresh ingredients, with a Roswell flair. Through the end of August, patrons will be encouraged to try each restaurant’s sip and rate them on the Summer Sippin’ app or website. At the end of the event, one will be crowned the Best Sip in Roswell 2022 in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic categories.
With guests constantly rating each sip on SummerSippin.com or on the official app, there’s continuous momentum among the establishments. "We love to see the engagement from our local residents and visitors alike, and we encourage everyone to post photos of their favorite drinks using the hashtag #summersippin2022. Photos and recipes of each beverage are also available on the website and on the app, so you can plan your visits in advance, before stepping foot inside any location," says Williams.
