On a bright and sunny September morning, the Naples community came together for a special event that combined wellness, fitness, and a touch of inspiration. The Wellness Triathlon, hosted by City Lifestyle Naples and the Blue Zone Project, took place at the beach with Naples Pier in the background, setting the stage for a day of healthy intentions and networking.
3-Mile Beach Walk with Sara Casanova
At 8:00 am, the event kicked off with a 3-mile beach walk, led by the enthusiastic Sara Casanova. This walk not only promoted physical activity but also served as a conduit for networking, making new friends, and catching up with old friends.
Yoga Session with Marta Campanella and Sound Healing with Monica Fuentes
Following the walk, yoga mats were rolled out on the sandy shore for a rejuvenating yoga session led by Marta Campanella. The gentle sound of the waves provided the perfect backdrop for participants to find their inner peace and balance. Monica Fuentes finished off the yoga session and led us into meditation with the healing sounds of her sound bowls.
Meditation with Maria Felipe
With a focus on mindfulness and mental clarity, Maria Felipe guided attendees through a meditation session that left them feeling refreshed and centered.
