CLARITY

Clarity means that you know EXACTLY where you want to go

A lot of people think that they need to “find” motivation to create new habits.

But the truth is, motivation isn’t actually an ingredient in the recipe of success.

It’s a byproduct of the other ingredients!

The first ingredient everyone needs is clarity.

Clarity means that you know EXACTLY where you want to go.

You must be clear about what you want to achieve, and trust that you are on that path.

With this clarity, you can consciously choose the mindset, habits and daily actions that move you closer towards that goal.

Let me stress that we’re not aiming for perfection here, we’re aiming for PROGRESS.

Life will have its ups and downs.

You’ll have ideal days where you can fit everything in effortlessly, and you’ll have really hard days where it feels challenging to do anything at all.

But no matter what, you must protect the habits that you’re building at all costs.

That brings us to the second ingredient of success, which is consistency.

Consistency is more important than intensity.

Why do you think 80% of the people who show up in the gym on January 2nd are not there on February 2nd?

It’s because they prioritized intensity instead of consistency.

When we start with smaller actions, and build habits, then we can slowly increase the intensity over time.

That evidence of consistency CREATES momentum, and THAT creates motivation.

But it all starts with clarity; to CLEARLY see what you want and then allow that to fuel your consistent action towards that.

Commit to giving your best effort in whatever you are striving for!

Have a blessed day!
