Classic Cocktail Inspiration from One Eleven Main

While a visit to the elegant dining room promises fine dining paired with warm ambiance and a curated list of seasonal cocktails, the restaurant has also shared its recipe for this timeless cocktail that you can make at home any time of the year. 

Classic Old-Fashioned

  • 2 oz Old Overholt Rye
  • 1 sugar cube
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 2 splashes of orange bitters
  • Splash of water
  1. Add a sugar cube to an old-fashioned glass. 
  2. Soak the cube with water and bitters and muddle until dissolved. 
  3. Add whiskey and four ice cubes. 
  4. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry and an expressed orange peel.
