Greater Cincinnati just got a whole lot cleaner, and Rolling Suds—one of the country’s largest commercial and residential power washing companies—just got even bigger, with the help of three new franchise owners to serve Loveland, Symmes, Deerfield and beyond.

Rolling Suds’ power wash methods and superior equipment allow service technicians to reach up to five stories high to clean office buildings, apartment complexes, housing developments, hospitals, schools, parking lots, and other public spaces. The company also shines (pun intended) at polishing private properties and residences for a squeaky-clean look that helps transform the way families can really appreciate them.

But it’s not just access to powerful tools that make the brand successful, however. The Rolling Suds brand and franchise is built on three core elements: relationships, reputation and reliability … each one intended to benefit both dedicated customers and proud franchise owners alike.

Rolling Suds has already made quite an impact in other regions across the country, happily serving more than 200,000 residential and commercial clients. And now, it’s positioned for growth throughout Greater Cincinnati as well.

When asked about what makes it stand out, local franchise owners are quick to point out that it’s a combination of hiring the best people, using the best equipment, and providing customers with the best experience the industry offers. These local Rolling Suds franchisees are proud of serving friends and neighbors—while also exploring all our area has to offer.

Northeast Cincinnati Rolling Suds franchisees Kevin Carr and Dan O’Hara know a thing or two about serving neighbors, and are proud to bring the company into their own communities; Ken Melick is excited to oversee the brand’s offerings as well from his Cincy-Dayton hub.

Kevin moved to Cincinnati in 1994 to attend college at Xavier. “I’m a local now,” he proudly explains, and currently lives in Montgomery.

Dan, on the other hand, has lived in the Greater Cincinnati area his whole life. His favorite part? “I love the great restaurants we have,” he says. “I enjoy traveling all over to sporting events. When I can, you’ll find me at one of the many great golf courses we have here.”

The decision to begin a partnership offering Rolling Suds services, they both say, was an easy one.

“I really liked the concept and the leadership,” Kevin says of the Rolling Suds team. After operating a vending business for more than two decades, he was looking for another business to grow. That’s when he learned of Rolling Suds. “We decided it was right for us.”

Dan credits a desire to own a business “with the support of a growing and thriving franchise,” as key to his decision. “We aligned our values of establishing credibility and trust in the community,” Dan offers, “while providing a much-needed service.”

Dan points to prior experience serving the community as influencing his commitment to Rolling Suds.

“I recently left a 25+-year career in the sales and service industry,” he shares. “That experience taught me there’s no replacement for excellent customer service—and that we at Rolling Suds should always put the customer experience first.”

There were also experiences learning about and exploring the community that he valued. “I look forward to building relationships with the people I get to meet every day. We’re in a relationship business, and building upon that should allow us to grow our own business.”

“Power washing,” Ken Melick says, “is needed by almost everyone.” In addition to that sincere sentiment, however, is his belief in Rolling Suds as a powerful network and dependable brand. Ken oversees Rolling Suds operations in the Cincinnati-Dayton area.

No stranger to providing home and business solutions, Ken operated a Filta Environmental Kitchen Solutions franchise for a decade before joining the Rolling Suds family. He points out that each company serves a similar customer base.

When asked about what drove him to be part of the organization, Ken singles out the company’s culture. “Rolling Suds makes it clear that this is a relationship,” he says, “and they’re committed to putting franchisee interests first. This will lead to a strong and vibrant franchise network over time.”

“This is a great opportunity to build a nationally recognized brand. And we’re happy to be a part of building it.”

When he’s not hard at work helping homes and offices look their best, Ken enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys. “I grew up in Lebanon,” he says. After graduating from Ohio State University, he lived in Columbus for about 10 years. Now, he’s back on home turf in Greater Cincinnati, and eager to help friends and neighbors make the most of their surroundings.

“We’re happy to have moved back home” he finishes with a smile.
