Transformations are often dramatic, and Travis takes pride in seeing the results of each completed project. “When we go in for a complete clean-out due to an eviction or someone moving, it's such a satisfying feeling to look at the spaces within the home and see how good it looks in a short amount of time. It’s hard work but very satisfying.”
In his business, time is often of the essence, which is why Travis prioritizes providing excellent customer service. Because many projects need to be handled within 24-48 hours, he answers inquiries, provides quotes, and finalizes scheduling details as quickly as possible.
“We can do some quotes over the phone, using photos if needed. For larger jobs, we like to quote in person so we can get a scope of what we're doing and decide if we can get all the items with our trailer or if we need to bring a dumpster to the property,” explains Travis. “Communication is key, and we really listen to our clients and make decisions based on what they need because they are why we're here.”
