Chef John Howie has opened a new spirits-centric bar and restaurant called Whiskey, and claims he and his partner, Tim Lodahl, have selected one of the most robust whiskey selections in the state.
“The Great Gatsby” like interiors at Whiskey are intended to feel like an old-fashioned speakeasy. The ambience comes together with elements such as leather, brick, gold, and dark colors, not to mention a vista-like view.

Pairs Well With: Steak, of course.
Directions: Combine in stir glass with ice, stir for 15 seconds. Strain into coupe glass. Drink is served up.
