2 oz. Basil Hayden Dark Rye
.25 oz Foro Amaro
.5 oz Amaricano Rouge
4 dashes chocolate bitters
Directions:
+Put all ingredients in a tall mixing glass
+Add ice, stir for 15 seconds
+Strain into a chilled coupe style glass, put the glass under a smoking dome and smoke with hickory chips for one minute
+Remove from dome, garnish with an orange peel, and enjoy
