Cocktail Club

Tis’ the season of giving thanks.  Make a toast with this special craft cocktail, brought to you by B-Bar.

LADY IN LACE

Ingredients:

2 oz Earl Grey Infused Sipsmith Gin

.75 oz Lavendar Simple Syrup

.75 oz Lemon Juice

Egg whites from one egg

Lavender garnish

Directions:

Squeeze half a lemon, remove the seeds, and reserve the juice.

Crack one egg and reserve the whites only.

In a tall mixing glass with ice, add the gin, Lavender simple syrup, lemon juice and the egg whites and shake vigourously.

Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a piece of fresh lavender flower.

TO INFUSE THE GIN WITH EARL GREY TEA:

  1. Pour your gin in a jar with a lid and add the tea leaves. Allow to infuse for about two hours. ...

TO MAKE LAVENDER SIMPLE SYRUP:

· 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon lavender blossoms.

· Combine water, sugar, and lavender blossoms in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat and let syrup steep, about 30 minutes.  Pour syrup into a sterilized glass jar through a mesh strainer to remove blossoms; let cool
