Four Seasons Restaurant in Midlothian is a casual spot with a versatile food and drink menu. Located in the Winterfield Crossing, surrounded by retail and office spaces, Four Seasons has become the go-to place to grab lunch or dinner with coworkers or enjoy cocktails and appetizers during happy hour. City Lifestyle and partner Greenhouse Coaching recently held a Coaching and Cocktails workshop at Four Seasons to help attendees sharpen their skills in confidence and communication. From the beverages and appetizers to the interactive one-on-one speed coaching sessions with Greenhouse coaches, the event at Four Seasons was a delightful success!

With the ability to accommodate events and large groups with indoor and patio seating, Four Seasons went above and beyond for Greenhouse Coaching's event. In preparation for Coaching and Cocktails, the Four Seasons staff members worked diligently with Greenhouse and City Lifestyle in person. They even rearranged their tables and seating to a layout best suited for coaching sessions. "The staff was very friendly and helpful. The owner, Jimmy, Tiffany, and bartender Amanda, were awesome to work with in planning this event," says Steven Casupanan, Account Manager at City Lifestyle.  “The location is great, and the bar area has a great vibe,” adds Steve Perkins, founder and CEO of Greenhouse Coaching.

In addition to providing a professional yet laid-back setting, Four Seasons served tasty food and top-notch drinks. Along with traditional appetizers like spinach and feta cheese-filled spanakopita, loaded potato skins with cheddar cheese and bacon, and golden-fried calamari, the "flaming" saganaki, a Grecian cheese baked and served flamed with pita for dipping, proved to be quite a crowd-pleaser. For the cocktails, many guests ordered the Sweet Tea Sangria spun with chardonnay, fresh mint, fragrant peaches, and blackberries and the sparkling Blackberry Champagne Mule with vodka, ginger beer, blackberries, and fresh lime juice and mint. Steve mentions that Four Seasons accommodated guests by providing custom cocktails as well.

The efficient and personable staff, delicious food and drinks, and relaxed vibe were perfect for a successful evening. For early risers, Four Seasons also makes breakfast until 11:00 a.m. daily, satisfying every palate, from savory omelets and eggs to sweeter fare such as pancakes, French toast, and waffles. Four Seasons is a must-try if you need a place to hold your next business event, special celebration, or for everyday dining with friends! To make reservations, call (804) 594-3536.
