Bringing back the humble charm of traditional pubs, William Oliver’s welcomes guests with a laid-back atmosphere designed for conversation and relaxation. No live music, no loud TVs - just a distraction-free vibe built on great food, quality drinks, and friendly service.

Community is at the heart of William Oliver’s. Most beers on tap are brewed within 20 miles of Windsor, celebrating the region’s craft culture. But the menu reaches far beyond local, boasting over 400 whiskies from around the world. Pair your drink with bold, classic food options - from fresh bruschetta to loaded hot dogs, William Oliver’s offers robust, diverse flavors and timeless favorites. True to its carnivorous, pork-loving theme, nearly every dish can be paired with bacon - or you can go all in and order a pint of bacon with maple syrup for dipping. Herbivores, don’t worry: vegetarian and vegan options are plentiful, from a house-made hummus platter to vibrant salads and the scratch-made red bean chili, there is something for everyone!

Owner Ryan "Rico" Wallace takes great pride in serving guests and running the establishment with integrity. As a member of The Tavern League, he follows a strict code of ethics to ensure safety and hospitality for both patrons and staff. With a reputation built on respect, William Oliver’s is open until 2 a.m. daily. It’s a gathering place for every crowd: remote workers seeking focus during the day, friends meeting for lunch, families enjoying dinner, or late-night guests winding down responsibly.

Adding to its charm, William Oliver’s embraces a “come as you are” philosophy. You won’t find a business phone for reservations - just walk in and make yourself at home. While online ordering is available for pickup, the heart of the pub is in-person connection, where real memories are made.

Open from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. daily (with the kitchen serving until midnight), William Oliver’s blends tradition, community, and character into every visit. To learn more, stop by in person or visit williamolivers.com.
