Kirkland Lifestyle caught up with Leilani Wong, who owns the soon to open high-end sports bar with former Seahawks Richard Sherman and Kam Chancellor. Located in Bellevue at Lincoln Square, 700 Bellevue Way NE, Legion will feature “elevated soul food” in an upscale bar setting that is welcoming and inclusive. While the establishment takes its name from the Seahawks’ Legion of Boom, Wong is quick to point out that Legion is for fans of all the Seattle sports. “We are very excited about being a part of this community,” she says. MM by Morimoto, the eagerly anticipated restaurant opening in Bellevue, Washington, marks the beginning of an exclusive collaboration between Montclair Hospitality Group and world-renowned Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto.
Slated to open later this year, MM by Morimoto is the first of many planned restaurants and concepts to emerge from the partnership between MHG and Chef Morimoto. The acclaimed Chef will continue to offer his signature classic concept Morimoto at the current locations and more, however, MM will represent a bold, new path that will showcase a modern interpretation of contemporary Japanese with an edgier ambiance and vibe.
