Several months back, Kathy needed a new furnace; Doug and his team had already serviced, maintained, and repaired the old system until it was time for a replacement. “We gave her options that worked for her house,” Doug says.
“Any HVAC replacement is a major purchase, and it was such a relief to know that the person you’re working with is honest,” Kathy reports. She’s also enjoying a new level of comfort. “The best part is that with the new app, I don’t have to get out of bed to change the temperature setting in the middle of the night!”
