"I have been in the restaurant industry for 15 years, and along the way I’ve learned food is so much more than just food. It is comfort, connection and love. That’s what led me to create Con Amor Latin Kitchen," Salguero says. "‘Con Amor’ means ‘with love,’ and that’s exactly what we put into every dish, every drink, every detail. But my staff are the heart and soul here, the ones who greet you, cook with passion and make this place feel like home. Together, we’ve built more than a restaurant. We’ve built a little space of love for everyone."
