When the FitLife EXPO launched in 2021, the idea was simple: bring people back together. Six years later, it's one of North Atlanta's favorite traditions - bringing together local businesses, families, nonprofits, and the opportunity to connect and engage people while making an impact on community.
Built around the mission to Connect. Engage. Impact., the FitLife EXPO was created as a free community event celebrating health, wellness, fitness, and healthy living - but the vision was always bigger than wellness.
Today, more than 1,500 people attend the annual event in Downtown Alpharetta, hosted in partnership with the City of Alpharetta and sponsored by Coca-Cola Bottling United. What began as a one-day wellness event has grown into one of North Atlanta's favorite fall traditions by continually finding new ways to engage the community.
The North Fulton Community Charities food drive has been part of the EXPO since year one, while newer additions, including the One Step Closer Breast Cancer Walk benefiting the Georgia Alliance for Breast Cancer, the Community Impact Zone featuring local nonprofits, and this year's pet parade, have created even more opportunities for attendees to connect, give back, and have fun.
This year also introduces the FitLife EXPO Wellness Weekend, inviting visitors to Come for the EXPO. Stay for the Weekend!

The FitLife EXPO is about making wellness accessible through local businesses, organizations, and resources that may be new to you. Whether you're participating in a pop-up fitness class, sampling healthy treats, walking the One Step Closer Breast Cancer Walk, cheering on the Pet Parade, exploring the Community Impact Zone, supporting the food drive, or visiting the booths and interactive exhibits throughout the EXPO, there's something for everyone, even a Kid’s Zone.
The 6th Annual FitLife EXPO is set for Sunday, October 11 at Alpharetta City Center and Admission is free.
