Camp days run from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, covering the majority of the standard workday. For parents who need a little extra time, before and after care is conveniently available and billed at your standard hourly rate, ensuring seamless coverage for your entire schedule.
Essential Booking Information for Parents
Because our childcare camps are so popular, we do have a limited number of spots available each day. We highly encourage parents to reserve their child’s place as soon as camp themes are announced to avoid missing out!
Daily Rate: Camps are priced at $75 per day (Members receive a discount).
Booking and Payment: Camp fees are charged at the time of booking to secure your spot.
Cancellation Policy: Camp fees are non-refundable. If you need to cancel a camp day, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. In this case, your fee will be added as a credit to your account, which can then be used for future drop-in care at The Hive.
This policy ensures fair access for all families, given the high demand for our limited camp spaces during school breaks.
