Austin’s veteran food blogger Jane Ko, aka Taste of Koko, finished 2022 strong, introducing a guide book dedicated to things to all things to do in Fredericksburg, Texas and launching a sweet limited-edition collaboration with Cookie Rich to create her own cookie and curate a box of her favorites.

Jane said the idea to partner with Cookie Rich and its founder, Chef Lorin Peters (formerly of The French Laundry!), said she was thrilled with the collaboration because she loves using her platform to celebrate local businesses and partnering with another small, local, women-founded and women-run business seemed like a natural fit.

The limited edition Taste of Koko cookie, the Hot Koko, is a gold-dusted, white chocolate chip cookie with dark fudge filling and a dollop of marshmallow fluff.
