Work schedules have changed dramatically over the last several years, with more companies and working professionals choosing hybrid or fully remote work locations. This development played a big part in the creation of Kings Gate Coworking Space.
“At Kings Gate, we believe in the power of connection,” says Josh Wilks, the company’s Executive Senior Vice President. “Our name draws inspiration from the King's Gate of biblical times, a place where people gathered to conduct business, exchange ideas, and build community. That same spirit shapes everything we do.”
Situated on the second floor of The District at Willow Park, this sleek, luxurious office space creates a consistent professional atmosphere for remote and hybrid workers or small business owners who operate their companies out of their homes.
Kings Gate boasts a welcoming atmosphere that inspires productivity and ideation–the perfect combination for meetings with clients or team gatherings. With an all-inclusive membership that offers unlimited access to a spacious lounge, Kings Gate helps members keep things professional.
“Working at Kings Gate offers a sense of separation and structure that’s hard to replicate at home or in a coffee shop,” Wilks says. “Kings Gate is intentionally designed for productivity and focus.”
Members receive credits each month to put towards added features like conference rooms and the use of printers and copiers.
Other popular perks of joining Kings Gate are the fast and reliable Wi-Fi, unlimited coffee bar, discounts on professional headshots, and the indoor golf simulator. Access to the outdoor patio allows members to step away from answering emails and phone calls for a breath of fresh air. Add in the proximity to green space, walking trails, and nearby dining, and Kings Gate is the ideal location to get down to business.
And it isn’t only members who benefit from this coworking space. In addition to day passes that offer the convenience of a professional office set-up for an eight-hour day, Kings Gate also offers a Virtual Mailbox service for both those with memberships and non-members. This allows small business owners to have their business shipments sent directly to Kings Gate, where they will be securely stored until pickup.
As far as the perfect location for a coworking space, there was no better place than Parker County.
“We saw something missing and wanted to bring it right to everyone’s backyards without having to travel into Fort Worth,” Wilks explains. “Parker County has so many entrepreneurs, small business owners, and remote professionals, but they don’t always have a central place to plug in. By creating a space where people can work alongside each other, share ideas, and build relationships, we’re helping foster that sense of community.”
For those who are on the fence about joining a coworking space, Wilks says, “Just come try it for a day. There’s something about being in a space where everyone is focused and motivated that helps you get into a better rhythm. Most people are surprised by how much more productive and energized they feel.”
As Kings Gate continues to grow, Members can look forward to after-hours workshops, networking events, and casual gatherings, giving them the chance to develop professional and community connections. Wilks shares that the future direction will also include new amenities as the coworking space aims to keep up with the evolving needs of its members.
“The goal is for Kings Gate to not just be a place you work,” he emphasizes, “but a place that actively supports your growth and the growth of our community overall.”
