Do you have a go-to sweater for sitting at your computer and getting work done? If not, this will change your life! In my family, we call it our "study sweater" because we began this tradition while my sister and I were in school. The idea of your study sweater is that it is always there for you when you need it. You don't wear it other places, so it's never in the laundry at the wrong time. It's right there, on a hanger, ready to help you focus. And how does it help you focus? You won't get cold and be distracted by your shivering!
The study sweater is also amazing because it makes you feel pretty dang cute. It's the sweater that you could wear out if you wanted to. Because feeling good about yourself means confidence, which means better productivity.
Having a study sweater is like having a Clark Kent phone booth you can run to when you're in a pinch. By having a designated physical item that you put on when you need to get work done, you are telling your brain that it's time to kick it up a notch.
