With a background in home building, Scott and Amanda Jones found their transition into cabinetry to be a seamless evolution of their craft. Backed by a seasoned team, their business, Morgan Millworks, brings together over 180 years of combined expertise—delivering exceptional craftsmanship and a commitment to outstanding customer service every step of the way.
“As former custom home builders who understand the challenges you face, we bring decades of industry experience to the art of cabinetry,” Amanda says.
Morgan Millworks specializes in custom cabinetry that transforms home interiors. Blending creativity with design expertise, their team crafts cabinets tailored to each client’s unique style and needs.
While Morgan Millworks specializes in custom options, the company also offers a range of semi-custom options to suit various budgets. The company primarily collaborates with home builders, but also works directly with homeowners on remodeling projects and custom home builds.
“From our workshop in Northwest Arkansas, we craft custom cabinets with the same attention to detail and precision we once put into building homes,” Amanda says. “We’ve worked on both sides of the process, and that gives us an edge in understanding exactly what you need.”
The Joneses purchased Morgan Millworks in 2024 with a shared vision to not only provide quality products, but a high level of customer service.
“We've really spent this last year honing that, and making that more of what our vision is,” Amanda says. “We are very serious about the level of service that we provide.”
That dedication to craftsmanship runs deep—especially for Scott, whose passion for woodworking began long before their move into cabinetry. Scott grew up helping his dad craft cabinets and shelves in their garage workshop before starting his own profession in the construction industry at age 19.
“I was using a table saw when I was entirely too young to do it,” he laughs.
Previously based in Central Arkansas, the Joneses recognized the growth and potential of Northwest Arkansas—a momentum they felt was missing from their former location.
“The way we built allowed us to do some really cool projects in Central Arkansas,” Amanda says. “But if you want to grow and expand in the construction industry, Northwest Arkansas is where you need to be.”

Shaker Style: These cabinets are characterized by their simple, clean, and minimalist design. They are a popular choice for kitchens due to their versatility, durability, and timeless appeal.
Full Overlay: In this style of cabinet, the doors and drawers completely cover the face frame, leaving very little—if any—of the frame visible. It creates a sleek, modern look while maximizing usable space.
White Oak: White oak is a hardwood, making it naturally strong and durable. The white oak’s classic look can complement various styles.
