Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Honey
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Orange Juice
1/2 Cup Water
1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 (12 ounce) package Fresh Cranberries
Directions:
1. Place all sugars, water and juice into a heavy saucepan and stir. Add in cinnamon and stir until all are dissolved in the liquid.
2. Add the cranberries and bring the mixture to a boil. Cook over medium heat until the berries pop, about 10 minutes. Check regularly to make sure honey does not scorch the bottom of your pan.
3. Make sure all berries are popped and use a spoon to mash and thicken the sauce. If runny, low simmer a few more minutes until sauce thickens.
4. Remove from heat and pour into a bowl. Keep cool until serving time. Sauce will thicken as it cools.
