Crawford's Social, a brand new and unique addition to the social and dining scene in our community, celebrated their Grand Opening with a gathering featuring the management team that built and launched the convivial bar and lounge in the heart of Westlake Village.
Created by local residents, the expansive 15,000-square-foot space offers a stylish setting where friends and family can come together to unwind and celebrate life's moments on the resort-inspired outdoor patio, the inside bar or nestled into the “Sinatra” booths amidst the illuminated trees, firepits and fountain. Crawford’s Social features an expertly crafted cocktail program, crafted by expert-mixologist Ruairi Gilles, a 25-year London hospitality veteran with two of the World’s 50 Best Bars. They also offer boutique wines, locally brewed beers and an inventive, California-inspired shareable menu, all in a stunning, lounge-like, indoor/outdoor environment.
An event highlight was the unveiling of a new Conejo Valley rabbit sculpture created by Bonny Butler in collaboration with Art Trek. To assist Art Trek in their ongoing artistic quest in our community, Crawford's Social donated $5,000. Various other awards were given out, from contractors to designers, to celebrate all of the hands that went into the project. The bar and lounge now employs over 170 people from local and surrounding communities and offers a welcoming atmosphere for all seasons, gatherings and events.
