The Cucumber Gimlet is a refreshing cocktail. If you’re not a fan of cucumber, you can substitute any flavor of vodka. To make your own cucumber flavor, muddle three slices of cucumber in the shaker with the other ingredients.
INGREDIENTS

½ ounce simple syrup

2 ounces cucumber vodka

¾ ounce fresh lime juice
INSTRUCTIONS
Put all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake then strain into a coupe over a flower ice-ball. The garnish is the gem of this cocktail. These edible flowers were purchased from the Dripping Springs Farmers Market. Add them to a sphere ice mold with water. A day later you will have a flower bomb sure to impress.
