Curbs Gone Wild is a local company based in Potomac that provides Custom Decorative Concrete Curbing for residential and commercial properties.

In the spring of 2003, Rob Huffman, company founder and decorated Navy Veteran, took a leap of faith and launched Curbs Gone Wild, a business specializing in handcrafted decorative concrete curbing for residential and commercial properties. This began a remarkable entrepreneurial journey for Rob and his family. Little did they know that their venture would grow into a local family business that would captivate clients and revolutionize the curbing industry across the DMV region. “It is the first thing a visitor sees when they come to your home. It is why people drive through neighborhoods to get ideas for their homes,” said Huffman.

Rob started his journey into the world of decorative concrete curbing over 20 years ago and is a testament to his innate skill and passion for the industry. As the son of a brick mason and concrete contractor, Rob was exposed to the craftsmanship and artistry of working with concrete from an early age and his first job was building concrete buildings and mausoleums. It was this exposure that laid the foundation for his future success.

Now, their reputation extends nationwide, with other curbing companies seeking their guidance and expertise. Curbs Gone Wild is a testament to his family’s passion, expertise, and family values. Rob, alongside his sons, daughter, and brother has created a legacy of excellence that has left an indelible mark on the decorative curb industry.

“We have actually installed curbing at multiple homes for the same customers as their upgrade,” said Huffman. “That is the great thing about curbing, it’s beautiful but extremely functional, so once you have it in your yard, there is no going back to other bordering systems, nothing else compares.”
