For Cypress homeowners drowning in cluttered closets, overstuffed garages, or laundry rooms with a single sad cabinet, help is closer than they think. "With so many homes in Cypress, new and not as new, there is a high demand for our custom systems," Hansen said. New homes will often have large closets and laundry rooms but very basic buildouts, he explained, while older homes tend to have sagging hang rods and shelves. "Many people have unique storage needs. And pretty much everyone wants to get more out of the space they have."
Hansen said the client experience is designed to feel effortless from the very first call. "When you call, you talk to a real person, usually after just one ring!" he said. A design consultant visits the home within a day or two, and the entire process happens in that single visit. "Everything is custom and priced separately. The client chooses what is in and what is out; they are in full control of the investment amount." Before the visit ends, paperwork is finalized, a deposit is collected, and installation is scheduled. "No waiting around for a quote!"
The company also offers flexible financing, including what Hansen calls "a fantastic Wells Fargo partnership" with no interest for 12 to 18 months. Installation day typically arrives about a month later, and clients can count on seeing familiar faces. "Our installers are all employees, no subcontractors," Hansen said. "They arrive in a company van, wear identification, and are polite, professional, and clean." Every completed system comes with a lifetime warranty. "If anything happens to their system down the line, we come and address it at no cost!"
Asked what sets Closets by Design apart from other custom storage companies, Hansen didn't hesitate.
