Empowered by this program, not only is Tri Pointe Homes Arizona proud to have contributed 682 ENERGY STAR certified homes throughout the Greater Phoenix metro in 2020 (and even more in 2021), but we also participate in other third-party green building programs including Indoor airPLUS and LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design).
