As a parent of two kiddos (6 yr + 2 yr) moving the family around in a comfortable, safe, and (my personal favorite) fast vehicle is something that makes day to day life a lot more enjoyable. Not sure if it was our sons’ immediate yells to voice command for “Hey Mercedes, please change the lights to red!" or my wife’s quick adapting to requesting the passenger seat massage that made us all like getting into the 580.
With the captain’s chairs in the middle row it was easy to put the kid’s car seats in. The kids had tons of leg room and there was plenty of space for hauling our families gear around (… like a Portlandia episode). The 580 gets a Dad thumbs up. It is not an AMG GT Coupé, but it is not supposed to be.
