For many years, I dedicated myself to medicine in Ukraine, helping people heal physically. But deep inside, I was drawn to something else; creating spaces that heal the soul. Three years ago, I made the bold decision to leave medicine behind and pursue my childhood dream: interior design. Starting over wasn’t easy, but I’ve learned it’s never too late to redefine yourself. When you follow what ignites your soul, work no longer feels like work. Passion leads to purpose. Take the leap. -Nelia

You're standing on the edge of many unknown — graduation, adulthood, independence — and you're trying so hard to do it all perfectly, to meet everyone else’s standards. But deep down, you know college isn’t your next move, even though it’s what everyone else is doing. And that’s okay. You are not made to fit in a box. Don’t let others take away your right to dream big. Write down the wildest goals, the ones that scare you are usually the best ones. Tape them to your mirror. Make them visible. Make them real. You can achieve your wildest dreams. You can speak up. It’s normal to see things that don’t make sense to anyone else yet. That’s a common thread in the lives of all the greats. Your confidence won’t come from knowing it all. It will come from trusting that God has called you to something incredible, and that your strength and your equipment will come from Him. So don’t shrink to fit into expectations. You were never meant to play it small. Follow the fire in your heart. Especially when it gets uncomfortable. You’re going to build a life that surprises you in the best ways. One bold choice at a time. Keep going. Keep dreaming. Keep showing up. –Isabelle
Invest in coaching and learning from the very beginning. Be clear on your goals, do you want to be self-employed, or a business owner? They are two distinct paths, each with their own growth, challenges, blessings, and stresses. I spent years self-employed, stretched beyond my capacity, and would have embraced being a business owner sooner. Investing in myself has helped me grow into a leader. Best advice: Find people who align with your values and build a team. –Cristina

Ashley Marie… Life isn't a race, so stop comparing and embrace the detours-they often lead to something greater. Happiness isn't found in big milestones but in everyday moments of joy. Trust that God's plan is better than your own; closed doors are His protection, and unanswered prayers are His redirection. Let go of control, rest in His timing, and be kind to yourself. What feels overwhelming now will one day be a story of resilience. Keep going, keep believing, and above all, keep loving - yourself, others, and the life you've been given. -Ashley L.
