Now in her twenty fifth year in the real estate business, Debbie brings a lifetime of Texoma realty experience to the table. She specializes in residential, luxury and farm and ranch properties. A Texoma Native, Debbie loves to share her real estate knowledge with her clients. “I am here working, usually seven days a week, and my goal is to provide excellent service. I have only had two jobs in my lifetime; the first was working in Tom Thumb and then working in real estate. That is it. Debbie’s longevity in real estate can be traced back to her dad who she saw work in advertising for 45 years. “The key is just to find something you like and get good at it. I love being creative. One of my passions is interior home design and staging. It is a great outlet for my creativity.” She enjoys the opportunity to get a listing ready for sale. Setting it up for the sale is part of her creative process and increases the chances for a quick sale. “I have a team that does most of that now but I really try and have fun with it when the opportunity comes up. I love design.”
Debbie has definitely seen changes in the real estate market in Texoma. “This is still a quiet, safe time to live in the area. It used to be just sleepy little towns but that has changed. New subdivisions are popping up all the time and it is important to stay on top of the growth to give my clients the most up-to-date information. “You just don’t know if the housing market will stay steady or crash but it seems like people are continuing to move into our area. I can help you locate the property that is perfect for you. I know the Texoma area and I am happy to share that information with you so you can make the best decisions for you and your family. I am very fortunate to be in an office where we all have each other’s back so you can always depend on our group to provide excellent service."
With her roots firmly planted in the Texoma area, Debbie can also be found spending time in her community. She has been a member of Pathway Church for 15 years. She spent 6 years as a board member for the Women’s Crisis Center and has been a past president for Business Network International. She has a long track record of giving back to the community, volunteering and donating to schools and other organizations. A proud grandmother, her granddaughter is a senior at Sherman High School where she maintains straight A’s and will be attending Texas Tech University in Lubbock after graduation. Debbie and her husband enjoy spending time with her daughter and granddaughter as often as possible.
When asked what the future holds in store for her, she says “We have won Best of Texoma for 11 years in a row so we hope to keep providing excellent service for our clients and customers. I also am looking forward to visiting my granddaughter in Lubbock and maybe even put together a specific design team to further my design passions. Who knows. I just know I am very happy helping people.
