When you think of Cave Creek you probably think motorcycles, saloons, and rodeos but there’s another vibe in town - the conscious healing kind. Amid the western shops and horse stables healing centers are popping up here and there - not so much changing the landscape, but adding a new flavor to what we already love so much. One such business blazing this new trail is Holistic Hollow.
Next to Mr. Gunz Firearms and Outlaw Lash & Brows, you’ll find Holistic Hollow Yoga Studio and wellness center. Motivated by a passion for teaching and healing, owner Nicole Haring opened the studio in 2021 with a monthly schedule of vinyasa yoga classes. Since then, the studio has gained a loyal following and is continuing to grow. They’ve recently expanded into a larger studio and started offering a wide range of services such as functional medicine treatments, workshops, and more!
Nicole Haring is a teacher, artist, and visionary with a mission to help people feel their best by providing tools to grow on their own. Haring says at Holistic Hollow they inspire people to heal themselves.
Holistic Hollow is also inspiring folks to reduce plastic consumption with the exciting new addition of an in-house “refill station” where you can fill your own bottles of soap, detergents, shampoos, conditioners, and bulk herbs. The intention is to provide a solution to an overabundance of single-use plastic.
When you arrive at Holistic Hollow, the first thing you will notice is the western wooden exterior. Their entrance is sprinkled with verdant potted jungle plants which creates an earthy and welcoming tone. After entering, you will be greeted by a mix of exotic and grounding aromas of essential oils. Rows of containers filled with beautiful aromatic herbs line the shelves on the walls. And you will feel a calm introspective energy as yoga classes are in session behind the doors, that will have you signing up for the next class immediately. Cave Creek is now boot scootin' town and a down doggin' town.
