Kayla Johnson and Taylor Alvord at K&K Design Company dubbed this house, "Livable Elegance," as their client wanted her home to reflect a high-end family lifestyle. Whether hosting a pool party or the kids' traffic after baseball practice, the homeowner wanted the house to still feel put together and inviting. With oversized black framed arched doors, Kayla continued the high contrast into some pieces of the living room while still keeping it light and fresh with bright features throughout the space.

Zebra Bench by Vanguard. Using the Zebra Vera Bench by the fireplace is a bold way to make a statement. We love the dramatic flair and gold accents that it adds to the space.
Ottomans by Uttermost. The ottomans we chose feature an organic design giving more movement to the space. With the contrast of dark blue and white, they accent the solid velvet sofa.
Light by Arteriors. The Royalton Chandelier gives this room a grand first impression. It not only is eye-catching, but also leans more minimal with streamlined features.
Coffee Table by Bernhardt. The Sutherland coffee table adds the touch of glam that we were hoping to bring to the space. The all-over mirror finish reflects the light perfectly to make the space feel larger and more inviting.
