Parker's Haven for Mind, Body and Soul Wellness

In the heart of Parker, a new oasis invites locals to embark on a journey of self-discovery and well-being. Offering a holistic retreat for the mind, body and soul, Santosha, meaning a feeling of complete contentment, combines yoga and therapy in one space.

Owned by the dedicated husband-and-wife team, John and Kelly Nason, Santosha Studios opened in September, and became a hub for those seeking balance and rejuvenation.

“Yoga is a practice that encourages self-acceptance and meeting yourself wherever you are on that day in that moment and leaving judgment at the door,” Kelly observes. “There’s not much difference between therapy and yoga since yoga helps you release tension in your body, which helps with anxiety and depression. There’s so much overlap, it makes sense that this space is shared.”

The yoga studio boasts advanced temperature and humidity control, promoting detoxification and healthy breathing, while a boutique offers local jewelry and body care products. Five therapy rooms set the tone for a warm, non-judgmental environment for specialized counseling.

“There’s a reason when people leave yoga that they’re all beaming—everyone feels so good,” relays Kelly.

Santosha Studios prioritizes accessibility, offering a variety of memberships from $89 to $139 per month. Plus, each licensed therapist accepts insurance, aligning with Kelly’s mission for an authentic, community-focused experience in Parker.

”There’s a real need for mental health, and the Parker community needed some additional options for yoga,” says Kelly.

Two years ago Kelly Nason’s doctor diagnosed her with breast cancer, requiring a double mastectomy. Mom to two young boys, she wanted to recover as quickly as possible.

As a licensed therapist and certified yoga teacher, the idea of providing a space that combines therapy and yoga dawned on her and Santosha Studios, a wellness space for the entire self, was born.
